The method can be practiced at any age, fitness level and mobility. The movements are designed to be self regulating and can be done in any position, including laying down.

Tuition
Alexandra Schmuck
Alexandra teaches and facilitates as an expert in body memories. Being educated as a translator and worked for many years as a project coordinator she has dedicated the past two decades on extensive trainings in movement, dance and body work as well as following a spiritual female path of a yogic lineage. Her focus is at the intersection of body, mind and movement.
She works with people who lead and guide. People who walk different pathways and are open to include their bodies for creative processes.
