Your body is the most intimate relationship available to you.
I am passionate about embodiment. Embodiment in my work is at the crossroads of intimate connection with yourself and others, sensuousness and nature.
Bringing ourselves back into our body and connecting to nature is the core of what I am exploring and what I am passionate about. Embodiment in this context means listening to and connecting with what we are perceiving through the body and with that re*member our boundless inner knowing.
Bodies are the most amazing storytellers.
WORKSHOPS
I teach workshops in open classes as well as longer journeys for in depth experience.
Workshops are offered online, in a Vienna based studio and selected retreat centers. I also offer workshops on invitation in other countries.

The path of empowerment through feminine embodiment is a portal into a rich world of experiential exploration. The roots of this work are in the female Tantric lineage of Kashmiri Shaivism.
Embodiment
Through sensitizing to our body-mind we meet ourselves while connecting to our memories, past or present. A regular practice helps to balance the nervous system and supports to navigate challenges we are facing, so that we can meet our experiences with more skill and grace. A calm inner place is the environment for sensuousness to unfold.
Relationship
The Intimacy and Attraction Workshop ® invites you into exploring the play of the masculine and feminine for strong sexual attraction. You get a set of techniques and exercises for presence and heart connection through fine distinctions.
A potent and fun workshop to explore sexual polarity in a precise, clean and significant way. These tools enable you to radically deepen, comprehend and appreciate your own path and explore in connection with others.
Individual Sessions
I am available for individual sessions in Vienna and | or on Zoom. This could be a regular one-hour session and I also accompany clients over a designated period of time.
These sessions can be offered in a studio or other chosen location.
I offer sessions in German, English and Spanish.
